Simone Binelli
Simone is the owner-winemaker of the company. After an experience of 6 years as pharmacist he has decided to pursue his passion for wine and so he graduated at the School of Viticulture and Enology of Florence. In 2006 he began managing the agricultural part of the company and from 2011 with the birth of the cellar also of the enological part with the support of trusted professionals.
Paolo Binelli
Paolo, the brother of Simone, is graduate in Law at the University of Parma, handles the business of the Company.
Michele Binelli
Michele, the other brother of Simone, is a lawyer and he manage the legal part of the company.
Francesca Lodi
Francesca is the wife of Simone,she is a Mechanical Engineer and she has decided to marry her husband’s oenological dream and moved with their son Pietro. She deals with the administrative part of the company and the retail outlet.
Catalin Istratescu
Catalin is working with the company Ausonia for almost two years, during this time with us has grown fast becoming a great tractor and prudent and careful cellar.
Luigi Zani
Literature professor retired but especially farmer for passion, is the sentinel of our vineyards as well as a tireless worker and weaver of relationships and business relationships. Family friend, always there when needed.
